As someone who's been influenced massively by Cornell, something that's always fascinated me is how little he opens his mouth when he's singing(outside of his wailing highs of course). I can't say it's something that I've ever noticed with anyone but Chris, he's just one of the most relaxed singers I've ever seen even though his performances sound like he's putting so much into it.

@@Trautman26 Saying that it's the "Pearl Jam" lineup completely misrepresents what is going on here, and with Temple Of The Dog itself. It was a band to honor Andrew Wood from Mother Love Bone (who Gossard and Ament were in, with Andrew Wood). Cornell was Wood's roommate. Why Matt Cameron? Simply put, at the time of Temple Of The Dog, he was in Soundgarden. While I know you were pointing out that they would all eventually be in Pearl Jam, saying they are "actual[ly] Pearl Jam" is a great disservice to their non-Pearl Jam careers.

After hearing him fill those spaces, "he's got something in there, he's infected, and that's gonna come out again somewhere." Mike's reaction, "That's 100% accurate."
