I am surprised that I'm actually not hating this person because of what they can do, I know what fear is and, you've overcome fear without even actual/proper martial arts training (at least that is what I assume to know) but for what someone sees in movies, videos, courses, etc. I think this is an example of how well someone is able to execute such movie movements. I guess this is what a well-known martial artist meant as in whatever you feel most comfortable with, I've tried kicking like this and it's not so easy with fear on your mind, it is crucial to not think and only do. This was inspiring!

Wow Betim has the most Awsome Bag skills I've seen using those ELITE TAEKWONDO SKILLS! I won the 2012 Open Taekwondo Sparring event at the Arnold Sports Festival so that's coming from a true Competitor! For those that don't know Open Taekwondo involves "any" Korean Martial Art since Taekwondo is the National Sport of Korea. It differs from Olympic Taekwondo which involves only kicking. Open Taekwondo uses a lot of Backfists, Ridgehands, lead-hand punches, and reverse-hand punches. I believe if you practice Taekwondo you should truly use hands as well as feet. Just like if you practice Grappling you should use moves from Judo, BJJ, Wrestling, and Aikido. I have Blackbelts in TKD and Judo. Much RESPECT to Betim Alimi, can't wait to see your movies SIR!

Wooowwwww thank you very much for this kinda word Justin. Finally someone who practice Taekwondo gave me such nice compliments. :)

Nice moves, nice balance, very well rounded execution in your kicks. This coming from a guy who trains capoeira and boxing (random I know but it's what I like). All in all man I checked out your short film and you got potential no doubt. Respect from artist to artist, you got the glow.

He man! crazy moves! People keep telling me that I need to keep my knee pointed upward when throwing a round- or roundhouse kick. Problem is that I can't seem to be able to. As I turn my hip so I can make the spin my knee is pointed at a 90 degree angle or lower. What am I doing wrong?

Hey nice video ! How long did it took you to be able to throw these kicks? Do you need to be extremely flexible?
@BetimAlimi9 жыл бұрын
Hey thank u very much, yes u have to be flexible, but not extremely flexible, u dont have to be able to do the split to kick like that. Theres only one secret, kicking everyday "almost everyday" u have to practice, im doing martial arts since 24 years, im 27 now. So i start really early. By the way watch my new martial arts short movie kzbin.info/www/bejne/ooOznWV7gZdjh6c .

Looks real good. However, when using round house kicks/bandai, it is best practice to land the shin on the target. Not the foot. The foot has many small bones and if blocked with another shin, knee or elbow you could really damage your foot.

On KZbin everyone is an 'ex- spurt'. I recognise my unworthiness to critique brilliance so I don't. Too bad the keyboard warriors and wannabes can't exercise restraint. Excellent work, demonstrates years of commitment, I've missed my slot but I'm getting my kids immersed in as many fighting styles as possible, so one day I reckon they'll be kicking 'like' you.

Amazing crazy skills mate. Maybe at a later stage you can start pumping iron and do the 4th installment of undisputed!! Personally i started with aerobics classes to lose weight, then i discovered kick boxing, then Jiu-Jitsu and currently i have been doing Maui Thai. Martial arts are for all people, you can have your own goals. You can plan to use it in entertainment, self-defense if needed, competitions ...ect. By the way what GYM is this? Where is it located if you don't mind me asking?
@BetimAlimi10 жыл бұрын
Its in Switzerland :) Thank you mate, yeah i do sometimes strentgh Training but i am more the agility guy :D but i dont know i dont like to have to bulky muscles, thats why i like the way i am right now. Not too bulky and too skinny :)

Really nice kicks bro! What Martial Arts have you trained ? Basically are the kicks from TaeKwonDo ?
@BetimAlimi10 жыл бұрын
Hi Bro thank you very much :) Cool Profile Picture by the way i like those animated Pictures. Yeah, some of the kicks are from Taekwondo, but some of them are almost in every martial arts, spinkick is in Karate kung fu kickboxing. Here is a tip bro, it doesn't really matter the martial arts style but it matters what u can do with your Body. If u want to learn this kinda kicks Forget styles and everything just try it and pratice. :)

Scott Adkins training. Well Betim, your channel makes me want to go workout. I have off today from work and was looking for a Scott Adkins training video to watch before I go to the gym, but found yours. Your kicking style is freakin cool to watch. Have you worked with Scott Adkins? You should make some training dvds to sell online. I am into internet marketing and you would be able to sell so much because of your background etc.
@BetimAlimi10 жыл бұрын
Thank you Michael, yes my channel should entertain you and of course motivate other peoples to practice Martial arts or other kind of physical activity.Training Videos to do would be great maybe i would do that in the future, no i never worked with Scott Adkins my Martial arts movies or " Videos " i do them by myself, here are some examples Betim Alimi vs Sasa Delic Part 2 Official, Betim Alimi vs Fitim Fetahi New Fight Scene. What Kind of Internet Marketing are u doing for "Fitness Products"?
