Those goddamn games where you had control for the whole first 14 mins, got the enhanced lord too, BUT the teammates can't seem to grasp the concept of getting all lanes to push together. Team clears midlane right away, lord gets melted in 2 seconds by the enemy layla, teammates die off 1 by 1 as they desperately try to end, meanwhile the enemy zilong split pushes the sidelane that was neglected by the team, thereby ending in a defeat out of nowhere. The worst part is this is a mythic 3 game. I blame moonton for this, boosting so many players up to mythic with all the star protection and plus star bullshit.

I also a wanwan main. In some cases like taking buff and creep, you can clear it faster if you stay still than jumping nonstop. Wanwan attacks a bit faster when staying still. But yeah, in teamfight or just getting to place, just use her passive. Turn off the attack assist and BOOM. No need to waste gold on boot.

Betosky you gotta try Gloo Emblem : Tank , Tier 1 - HP 3/3, Tier 2 - Def % (depends on enemy), Tier 3 - Concussive blast for DMG or Brave Smite for sustain Spell : Flicker Build : Boots, Cursed Helmet, Dominance Ice, Oracle, If enemy have Basic Attack heroes use "Blade Armor" if not "Thunder Belt, Last item depends on what you need "Brute Force Breastplate" and "Immortality" are good choices you can go "Concentrated Energy" for more sustain or "Ice Queen Wand" for slow (adjust the build depending on what you need) Playstyle : Be very aggressive early game after helping core using 1st skill use 1st skill on enemy close enough so that when you touch the 1st skill it roots them (always walk up to your 1st skill this is very important since its your way of staying alive) with your passive you should be pretty durable repeat this if there are 2 or more enemies use ult always use ult on the enemy with weaker DMG or the smart enemies Edit : i call this "Concussive Unbeatable Monster" or C.U.M Edit 2 : you can use 1st skill then flicker if you dont have 2nd skill for an early gank (recommended on gold lane)

Yve definitely has her ult toned down, but she can still slow people and completely destroy them. She is very good with ganks especially with the slow she can obtain. You should teach Wanwan on how to turn off attack assist.

Yve is still a really strong mage in the current meta, but she can do so much. But even then, Yve is one of the few heroes who can carry the game and an absolute nightmare in the right hands. While her nerfs really hit her hard when it comes to zoning out the enemies, at this point in time we should be adjusted to this new ult. And on top of that, she is also hard to kill as a mid-lanet because of her mobility/sustain skills and when she equips 1 or 2 defense items.

As Yve main, I always use mana boots, ice queen, glowing, genius, and then crystal, but all my idol always use the CD or PEN shoes, IDK why. Also, the book is not really effective for long duration of team fights. I mean, for CD I only depend on emblem and NOD, other than that, not really necessary. I always go for long duration fights build rather than CD. And, yeah, I got 94% WR this season of using those build. I only lost when I try using other build. But yeah, each person have their own play style, I hope you guys find your own!

Yve is the best mage to use when you are against melee heroes. Her counters are Ling, fanny, YZ, Joy “pro wanwan”, Lancelot, and hazno could be a threat if your team is bad and they keep on targeting you. Against heroes like Gusion, pharsa flicker can make you kill them. To play her effectively, Use ult when enemies already used their dashes/flickers. Use second skill then ult, slide the exit then start to tap the squishy damage dealers. You could also use her ult after the team fight as the enemies are retreating to finish them off. Position your self if they are targeting you then show your self after the team fight starts.

I didn't play ML much due to poor phone performance. It keeps lagging to the point it pissed me off and quit the game. I wasn't a great player either. I found Beto channel a year ago iirc and watch his videos ever since. Learned a lot regarding the game and heroes mechanics while enjoying the comedies 😁 Last week I got a new and better phone, started to play ML again and my rank jumped from master to mythic easily. Beto don't feel bad. I started very late to rank up this season, I've managed to get from Epic 1 to Mythic 3 in about one day. The amount of absurdity is just breathtaking. Literal Mythic players play like they just got out of grandmaster. No mapawareness, objectives don't exist for them, chasing an enemie to their base wall even with all towers intact is a normal thing for them to do. I end up carrying 90% of my games with my Gusion. I'm laughing every day after a couple of games, crying won't help me probably 😂😂

While his execution isn't the cleanest ones (a bit too reckless i'd say), the enemy's Hylos is a good example of how to target prioritize as tanks. In the early he focuses on helping his marksman (Melissa) vs Wanwan, but the moment he notices that Beto's Yve is the only competent ones from Beto's team core (Harley and Wan-wan's skill are just mediocre), he changes to target Beto instead, making Beto unable to recover or fight freely, resulting in the Hylos's team to contiue winning in teamfights. To put it simply, one of the way to climb rank as Roamer is identifying which hero on your team or enemy's that are competent and make plays around them, either help them dominate (teammates) or shut them down (enemy's). More often than not, even if you're team's skills are mid at best, as long as the enemies are shutted down, you'll still win handily
