She doesn't even need a proper tank in lategame, she can initiate the teamfight herself with her ult off-rip dry. Enemies wouldn't be ready most of the time, and will be torn between diving in and getting out. If they dive, you can punish them with a simple flicker backwards or a WoN activation. Every teamfight is basically already over whenever Ixia is ready in the backline. Sadly she isn't meta enough in most ranks to warrant a nerf of some sort. They gotta do something about that ult, maybe the duration, or maybe the fact she can move that super wide aoe ult with a flicker

​@@julliferjosephtuba2202nah, i'd say if 25% was considering as bad and needs a buff, 50% being meh/balanced, 75% being good but not enough to be nerfed and 100% meta/overkill hero, Ixia would be 75%, no dash, cc skill, a nice 1st skill, an op ult but the cd and duration make it balanced, good passive for sustain and dmg. She's ez to kill, any high mobility or diving ennemies counter her.

I just got ixia when she was on sale with GP a few days ago. I love that even if I go 0/2/0 early game due to no help, I always remember Betos "one good ult" mantra and I most of the time end up making a comeback. I love this MM, she is fun and satisfying to play, looks cool too. Moonton give us a fancy skin to buy, please. Not just a recolor.

To answer gords question in the most condensed soup way possible: Ping [ms] doesn't read the time between router to your device to router, but the server to router to device to router back to server (at least what ive been told) so being far away from a server even if you got good wifi doesn't mean you wont lag. You can probably get more accurate info from looking it up.

agreed, her regen passive is really good for trades. I think it's best for her to initiate trading at level 1, where the enemy goldlaner will usually not have skilled their dash yet, forcing an early flicker out.

I’m a main Ixia and the recent “buff” felt like a nerf on early game to me, the skill 1 damage went from 175 to just 75, that’s less than half. So even if you have a 4s cooldown which is half what it previous was (8s) you’re not doing the same damage as before. I used to bully any MM on early game with Ixia and now is more difficult. 😢

I remember when she got released alot of players saying she's a trash mm just because she doesn't have a dash and her ult makes her an easy target. Now she is the best mm for an epic comeback and very good in the early game too. Some people just want an easy op hero instead of a balanced one. She can be countered but doesn't mean she is trash. It all depends on the player's skill in positioning as well as map awareness

I just started playing the game about 2 months ago and i still struggle a lot on understanding how to choose your build to counter some heroes, as well as handling bad matches as I'm still at that stage where sometimes i feel I'm the good one when I'm actually the worst (working on it).
