Betrayal at Krondor Opening version 2 GM

The first of many uploads.
The opening music to BaK shows off sierra's intruments quite well. This is not a true rip as its the GM midi. I tried to dump the midi data with the programs I have and cannot get it to work. I settled for the GM version from quest studios, which is what the patch I made is supposed to conform to anyway. Everything seems to be there and comparing it to the other adlib versions floating around here this one is in stereo with a few surprises here and there.
