Pack fish store I think are the beta but if there is no close then I recommend h2o or tropica depends on where u live get more informed in that so u can fiend the best seller or best price I recommend steam plants and/or floaters those are the ones that have work the best for me hope this help

I haven’t decided yet actually. I may keep the neons in the black water and do a different tetra school in the 72. I’m planning a wild betta blackwater community tank and I think the neons will go well in there.

I paid $17 for priority I think. This was before it got cold though. I would definitely recommend doing overnight shipping till temps get above 50 again. For me, overnight is $46

Hey I found a turtle at my house I think it's a mud turtle I'm going to release it but I want to keep it for a day to see it's health and see if it's pregnant cos it was digging and it was a girl any tips?

Your all good! Its because those are the only fish that will eventually have tank mates. One or both or the males will be going into divided tanks where the females will be living alone their whole lives. I’m essentially quarantining the female as well, but for her whole life haha.

It’s not your fault but it’s sad that they put them in that small bag

That’s actually really standard. They don’t really need lots of water for shipping. More air in the bag is far more important. I actually tested the ammonia in water after opting the bag and it read at 0. The fish were properly fasted before shipping, so water volume isn’t an issue.
