Great show . Generational wealth how it’s shown on social media is cap . That’s for people in hundredths of millions space . What we should do is learn from generations past . Many grandparents left their kids a house in 70/80/90 and the kids blew it . Sold the house and willing put themselves in the rat race . The blueprint should be leave your kids a house . Now you just saved your kids rent/mortgage for life . Just renovate and fix as needed . The kids now with the money saved from not having to pay rent/mortgage get expensive whole life insurance for your kids and/or buy another property from the money saved from being passed down a home . A lot of people who were left homes instead of using that money saved to do life insurance for their family now , get luxury cars , too much clothes , too many trips or sell the home for a lump sum and blow the money . A sacrifice needs to be made . Rent/mortgage 2000/3000 on avg . U saved that from your parents gifting you home . Do you know how much if you get 1500 a month life insurance . Now you leaving your kids 20/30 million dollars from whole life insurance . And keep the process going .
