When this show started, I would never ever ever think it would even get close to how I felt about Breaking Bad. To be honest, I had to power through the first season, but it was the same for BB, so I trusted the creators. And at the end, I was finally able to say, BCS is better than Breaking Bad. There is no writing such as this, anywhere anymore. It was an excellent show that made me feel just different from what I'd known before.

On this show, for me, I had to power through the first three seasons. It was honestly really dreadful because I didn't really care about the things that were happening and I missed the suspense that was in breaking Bad. I'm really glad I finished it though because it gets really action packed towards the end

Did not know people found some scenes dragged on, I was grateful just to see saul on the screen

This series ended up being both something I never expected and absolute gold at the same time.

For real. I was expecting a sitcom set in the BB universe centered around the same sleazbag lawyer we knew and loved but what we got was someyhing truly special. I love Better Call Saul!

breaking bad is already about jesse and hank, though it may not focus on those characters the way it focuses on walt. but it definitely made vaslty more sense to spin off with saul, being more of an outside character that only shows up when he's needed by the main characters. making a spin off with an actual main character doesn't allow for as much fun as a spinoff has. If they did hank or jesse they'd have to lead up to breaking bad a lot more accurately. All they had to do with saul was tie it into lalo and the salamancas at the end, but because he wasn't originally a main character they didn't have to establish story elements like his brother until Better Call Saul. If it was about jesse they'd need his family and if it were hank then walt and his family would still all be involved. Just couldn't be a proper spinoff with any main or main connection character.

It’s crazy what this show turns into. Just have to get through the first season and each season gets better and better. Knocks on the door of breaking bad, especially season 5 and 6.

You probably haven't seen very many shows. The opening scene is brilliantly executed as it serves as an effective intro for people who had watched Breaking Bad and those who hadn't.
