Giancarlo Esposito, or "Gus Fring", is probably one of my favorite actors, I've seen a lot of his other works. And to say his performance in Breaking Bad/Better CS is good is an understatement. He brings such a higher calling to the role. Even knowing he's just acting when I look at him, I can feel the emotion and the intensity of every scene. He makes the role his own. BCS being filmed well after Breaking Bad gave Giancarlo the time to study his character more and really give life to every line written for him. Anyways I guess my point is, I love watching him in this role, nobody could take his place.

Everytime Chuck is in a scene out of his house, its shown that people go ahead of him and shut lights off, showing how Chucks presence literally darkens the lives of everyone who crosses his path, Jimmy especially

Yes - so true, BCS piggybacks off of BrBa brilliantly, and in doing so elevates both masterpiece series to an unbelievably higher level of entertainment. Gus is playing his game against Hector and it's working. The symbolism behind Gus scoring his shot of garbage into the trash bin with a small grin tells it all. Meanwhile, once again we see how electricity doesn't bother Chuck in the slightest when he feels in complete control over Jimmy while standing in the lit hallway talking to Kim.

Gus is a top-tier character, you really can't hate him even if he's a villain. I love his underdog backstory and you just wanted him to win. His complexity as a character makes him more interesting than Walt. Definitely in the top 5 Best characters along with Saul, Mike and of course Walt and Jesse.

Imagine a breaking bad rewatch after bcs??? Would probably enjoy it way better even though i doubt you would do it on the channel it would still definitely deserve a rewatch even if done on your own time. Ive seen better call saul lile 3 times and breaking bad like 6 and every time you will find stuff to appreciate and will be able to better understand scenes and characters so much better and the actions they make sometimes.. love your reactions primate, cant wait for chicanery next week
