Better Documentation Through Automation: Creating Sphinx Extensions

Hi there, thanks so much for the nice presentation. I'm simply trying to have a list with several options, say 1. Option1 2. Option2 3. Option 3 I'd like to make these links to other parts of the same .rst file. For example clicking on 1. Option1 will take you to line# 30 in the file titled Line30 1. Option1 and so on and so forth. What is the simple code for that. For whatever reason, I can't get this one directive to work. Many thanks in advance!
