I think there is something to be said for training only on dunking. Most good dunkers in NBA could become great at dunking with an emphasis put on it. But most competition dunkers can’t play at the nba level. Different strokes for different folks.

For sure it's different, and for sure NBA dunkers could be better if they trained solely for dunking ..but man I don't know if they could be *this* good, these guys have verticals at a whole 'nother level (except Gerald Green...that guy could for sure do these dunks if he trained, his vert in his prime was unmatched). With that said, I'd love to see a big guy like prime Dwight Howard train only for dunking because his height and jumping ability would bring something completely different
