I used to wonder how does modi ji manages to travel the world, being consistently in different time zones, having different water, foods and still look so fit and healthy. He never falls sick His skin litreally glows like sun. I think now i have the answer. (Off course being brahmachari helps a lot) Edit after g20 summit: Just look and compare other politicians aura with modi ji. People of same age and even some younger world leaders look dull infront of him. There skin is loose. There eyes doesn’t have that fire. Just observe his handshakes. modi ji has some strong grip and you can tell that just looking at the way he grabs the hands. Observe his forehead it shines like a sun. This glow can only be achieved by years of brahmacharya and eating satvik. People saying he has all the resources and money. Tell me one thing bill gates is 5 years younger to modi ji. Elon musk is 20 years younger them him. Then why they don’t have that same aura and glow ? They have got resources right ? Sabkuch paise se nahi ata.

Fasting is one of the secret to purify at cellular level
@barbarik1942
@barbarik1942 2 жыл бұрын
@@asitis123 absolutely. Eating less food and fasting is always healthy way to live life. Eating 5-6 meals a day in name of bulking will only keep your insulin levels spiked and will lead to faster oxidation of your cells which will increase ageing. thats why Japanese people and buddhist monks eat in very small portions. That too with chopsticks which will eventually limit you from over eating and will make you look younger and stay fit fir 90-100 years of age. Indian culture was also like that few years ago but now we have completely ruined it. Modiji also eats only Two light meals a day.

My skin became worse recently. Acne, marks, dullness. Don't ignore the signs of your body. I have started with intermittent fasting. The meals I take are well thought to ensure a balanced diet. Not to forget exercise and meditation. I'm feeling better already, I'm sure I'm going to look better too in a few weeks. Edit: watch Dr. Berg's videos on this. 3 months update: I did it purely for my skin but I also lost my double chin, my abdomen is flatter (i exercise as well), and my skin has cleared up considerably. I get less acne & they heal quickly. I also use Tretinoin, but its effectiveness has increased multifolds with IF.

Exactly. Yoga is not a performance art meant to be watched by others. It's something we do for our own self. Therefore perfection and aesthetics are unnecessary. It's about how we get ourselves into the practice without stress and hurt in a balanced manner. One can do yoga to the extent their body allows comfortably...

He is somewhere near bt things are better explained in ayurved where it is called majja dhatu on which are strength, skin texture, eyesight everything is dependent and ultimate is veerya dhatu (semen) and oj dhatu for immunity, strength etc. So traditionally we focused on increasing semen by eating ghee, milk rather than increasing maans dhatu (muscle tissue) by eating meat. It doesn't give u bigger size bt gives lot of strength. @BeerBiceps u better bring some ayurvedic practitioners to discuss this topics with clarity. Dr Arun Mishra or Dr Rupali Jain can be an option bcoz they run a youtube channel and they talk about true ayurved and not modern mixed ayurved.

He is right about the part that chronic inflammation fastens aging cause of constant flight and fight response. It's psychosomatic. Infact poor skin and hair due to depression ir anxiety fall under psychosomatic issues .Depression can also cause joint issues cause the down trodden mental state over triggers immune system and hence imune system needs something to compensate. Our body is like a synthesis and symbiotic organism . No one particular cause. There are Sadhus living on one meal a day diet but healthy dreadlocks. Why ? Cause their chronic inflammation is low . They may have pakodas or jalebis fir survival but their internal system is so pure and balanced cause of stable harmonious mindset and intermittent fasting in a week that the whole internal and external system remains in harmony. Whereas look at bodybuilders , they have the best diets they can afford , still losing hair.

@rajatthakur3058
@rajatthakur3058 2 жыл бұрын
@@Shewizardxx like ? After multiple research I came to following certain conclusions that :- 1. Evolve spiritually . Body and mind has to perish. It has to decay. Accept that. Cause too much critical care also stops us from evolving spiritually. If continously we are going to be super particular about healthy living during times not under our control we r going to fail to evolve spiritually and do greater deeds. Read wisdom books , rise above body and mind. Upanishads and vedanta best guru knowledge . Tells what is maya and how to rise above it. 2. Now take care of body and mind. Why ? To have spiritual liberation u need a healthy body and mind. Eat good and clean , take rest, fast when feel like , excercise and take some sun . Eat organic if u can afford. Why ? Cause to deal with greater responsibilities u need healthy body and mind. Let this be the source of inspiration and not the other way around . Avoid small goals like I want to look slim etc. From point 1 u already know that body and mind has to perish. Focus on strength and functionality of body , awsthetics will follow automatically. 3. Considering point 2 , it csn happen u may be living in an area where u may not get proper food , water etc. But aren't people living there ? They are right ? Look at their diets , pick up from that . For attaining spiritual growth u'll have to roam places and take exposure of it. Never over restrict oneself cause of diet etc. The happiness and calmness and balance from the spiritual exploration is far more health boosting than a good diet cause it lowers inflammation. All of this concludes to one thing:- Universal solution for whether living in a favorable environment or non favorable environment. Yoga - Gnyana yoga ( spiritual growth) , karma yoga ( good passionate work ) , Hath yoga ( excercise and pranyama ) Proper breathing will always harmonize the immune system. Rarely , allopathic treatment can guarantee relief for chronic ailments.

I had covid and it lasted for 12 hours it was really painful but it ended in 12 hours fully😂😅😅 I have been going yoga since I was 12 years old. And I got my periods at the age of 12 my mother forced me to do yoga because I had it once and for 6 months because of trauma I didn’t as my father hit me a lot on the day I got my periods. Yoga has helped me handle my stress, anxiety and depression and it has taught me how to breathe well and when to breathe how. Try it it’s the best way to live❤

Hi Ranveer, I am following you since 2017 when you used to make videos of fitness and grooming. Till date you have come a long way. A big congratulations on that. I have a small suggestion, in-between the conversations you make a lot of long “hmm” sounds that sometimes nettles. It would be great if you could work on that. Hope you will not take it in a negative way. Great show!! Great conversations!! Cheers!!

One more thing I would like to add - black pepper. it works wonders! before portugese bought chillies. Indians used to have black pepper. Black pepper is a rich source of vitamin K. And it has lot of healing properties. its a magic spice, which indians have forgotten. Add black pepper to your salads, boiled spinach, soups. and it will provide you with loads of benifits.
