It's a wall depending on if you enjoyed the story or not cause some found the early story extremely boring and it's what dissuaded most from continuing, you can also include the new player experience as a wall if you had any problem with it.

Ugh, I'm very glad that I found this channel, because I just really wanted to find people's reactions to the PGR story, but there are almost no active channels on KZbin that would do this. I'm not talking about my native language, it's generally deaf there, but even in English I found something like two channels, and PGR videos have not been released on them for several months, which makes me sad ( I am not a very active viewer, especially stream viewers, but I will be very happy to watch your walkthrough of the game and the plot as the video is released, because it is difficult for me to sit on the stream without auto-translation. I think at this point in time you somehow had the misconception that Constructs lose their memory of their human lives, or that memory deletion would somehow be a common thing, instead of a major red flag. After all Lucia is the only one with that issue and everyone around her is confused why she doesn't remember stuff from before.

Yeahhh I got it mixed up with Nikke since Nikke is the one where memory loss of their humans lives is the norm. 🤣 I know I got it cleared up either in this stream or in the next stream after though.

You mentioned on weather to do summary videos with multiple chapters, or just one for each. Id say that for 1-8 id reccomend doing multiple chapters per video, cause they go by pretty fast, esspecially in comparison to other chapters, however once you do frozen darkness (the chapter you should do now that youve done chapter 8 and should do before chapter 9) each chapter from then on is easily enough content for their own full videos.

I'll actually be doing both, unless the second trailer video doesn't do well. The trailer videos I'll release soon are just my way to figure out what people tend to prefer. The first type is more cold facts and acts as a refresher, hence why it'll cover multiple chapters, regardless of the length of the chapters. May be longer than 15 minutes! It'll either (1) cover major events or (2) cover any important info that one needs to remember. Mostly as a refresher for already existing players! May take a while to release. Second type is more like an audio novel (similar to a radio drama). Gives more of an audio storytelling experience! More compact than the actual chapter but more descriptive about the imagery and emotional tone of the scenes. Typically around 10 minutes long. Should ease any person into the story of PGR without overwhelming them. Covers one chapter or a part of a chapter, depending on its length. May release these more often! Can just listen to the audio only! At least, this is what I have planned. Hoping that the first type will be useful to already existing players and the second type will be useful to those who want to introduce the story of PGR to someone! Sorry for the long text, btw. Just wanted to make it clearer to everyone who might read this thread!

I wanted to see several moments where I found the gameplay interesting, because it was difficult and basically forced you to improve. Watching the support destroy the enemies was reeeaally boring. But I'm glad you're enjoying it, I think.

Hehe it's okay~ I'm happy that you're here to watch the VOD! I think I'm a little neutral about her actions overall, if you mean the Watanabe situation thing, tbh. I can understand why she did what she did, but I can also see why it's frustrating to see that she went along with it without pushing it further. I feel like I was missing some gap of understanding in her thought process, but rereading it later for the summary videos should hopefully fill in that gap for me. Might have missed something (or forgot an important detail for me to remember).

@ I’m fine with the whole negotiation and stuff. But the way she did it is rubbing me the wrong way. Helping someone is fine. Helping someone while risking your, and only yours, life is cool too. But doing that at the expense of your own team, while almost guaranteeing your own demise if something goes wrong? That’s what we got there. I’m not going to elaborate on that topic coz spoilers. @@GarnetPawn I firmly believe that the events in that chapter were remnants of the beta PGR story, basically 1-8. It basically went like this (Since this is the a story that no longer exists, I don't consider it spoilers, but still.) This isn't to say that the scene isn't bad, just that (probably) at that point, Kuro had already finished the story stuff for the beta and was planning a 1.0 release. Criticism came through and they altered it mostly (whether significantly or minor is up to you): SPOILER'S BELOW SPOILER'S BELOW SPOILER'S BELOW SPOILER'S BELOW SPOILER'S BELOW Beta PGR Story up to that particular moment: - It was revealed that everyone was simply a clone of their prior selves, having been replicated into many battles several times (Basically multiple iterations of Lucia, lee, etc.) - Liv, disillusioned by this, basically deserted, leaving you with Lee. Lucia as far as I remember is basically in a traumatized state, (blank, emotionless, etc), while Liv Defects to the Forsaken with Watanabe. - After getting back Lucia, you then move to get Liv in the same manner as before, similar to the story we've got now. Liv "picked up" a memory data and acted weird since then. - You enter Liv's MIND and try to get Liv back, similar as to the scene that we have now. I'm sure I could explain more, but this is just an explaination that the story we have in chapter 5, is basically a retextured version with some things changed to be more consistent with the rewrite in present-day PGR. I suggest the phone around the same spec as Helio g99 phones as minimum, then work up from there (on g99 you can already play it with mid settings without overheating your phone too much though this can have different results depending on the phone).

Im definatly enjoying your voice acting but if i were to levy a single criticism, it would be that i think you voice a lot of the male caracters (specificly lee) with a little TOO much intensity, considering that lee isntypicly described as a calm and calculated type, but that vould just be me, either way i can tell you having fun which is great. Also if your struggling to pronounce commandant the way they pronounce it in the engligh dub is like common-don-t i, maybe that part is just me but as someone whose so used to both saying and reading commandant as i play and read the story, it kinda catches me off gaurd every time you say shkikkan instead of commandant and kinda takes me out of it. But thats just me. Im not telling you to stop or anything cause its your playthrough, do whatever you want, its just kinda personaly distracting for me. Either way I CANT WAIT FOR YOU TO GET FURTHER. Genuinly im super enjoying your playthrough currently, and cant wait for younto experience the story that people truly praise pgr for.

Yeahhhhh, you're right about that! It's difficult for me to voice males, ngl. I end up having to voice it with intensity so that I can get that much lower than typical voice for the male characters! Can be quite difficult on my throat too. So I might need to just give up on using the lower voice for the male characters next time! haha To make my life easier, I think I'll continue calling the MC, shikikan, for sure now, but I truly do understand why it takes you out of it since it can be inconsistent to listen to language-wise for someone. Sadly though, it's actually a lot easier for me to pronounce things in JP more than EN at this point in life, especially since I'm more comfortable with that language than EN when it comes to speaking and expressing myself at times! Still, I'm happy that you enjoyed the rest of my voice acting and the VOD! Can't wait to play more PGR next week~
