What are gnocchi 🤓 ? The Italian word "gnocchi" translates to dumplings and is quite well known around the world. Gnocchi are specially shaped dumplings made from potato dough, but there are also some made from durum wheat semolina. I used fresh gnocchi made from potato dough in this recipe, and they are great for frying. You can of course cook the gnocchi in water, feel free to look at the package instructions. You can of course also use another variant, one that tastes best to you and you can find in your supermarket 😜. If you don't have gnocchi available, you can also eat this recipe with pasta 😋. Gnocchi sind nicht immer besser als Fleisch. Manchmal und häufig ist Fleisch viel leckererer. Gnocchi sind etwas Eigenes und völlig anderes. Man kann Gnocchi nie mit Fleisch vergleichen. Hier will jemand besserwisserisch missionieren, Fleisch verteufeln und daher gucke ich mir dieses Rezept aus Prinzip nicht an. Gute Rezepte überzeugen von selbst und brauchen keine ideologische Komponente. Ich liebe Fleisch!
