I've been looking at one of these for awhile. I might just need to pick one up, especially for chilling in the tent!

I pick one up having winter camping in mind, but it’s just so versatile, light and packable that it became my go to.

This was the chair a friend bought that ultimately led to me buying a helinox chair zero. I didn’t get this because I was worried about my pad on sharp rocks and sticks

I understand why you worry. But the chair is made of 75D ripstop polyester nylon, that’s pretty robust and it will protect your pad quite well. Also IMO, the trekker really shine during winter. The isolation it gives and the fact that it doesn’t dig in the snow just add up. And it’s a third of the price of the Helinox. But with that said they Helinox is an amazing chair to :)

i use a Klymit pad with this and it works great , this is my go to chair for breaks while hiking 🌿🔥💨

Which Klymit pad is it and what size trekker chair size are you using ? I’m on the insulated static V which is 23 inch wide so unsure if I need the 20 or 25 inch trekker chair.

I chose this because you can use this in your tent. Vs using chair with legs can damage tent and also too high

I have the neoair xlitet torso pad - does this suit this length of mat do you know? It is 20” width at top just can’t find anyone who has used the shorter torso one with the chair accessory. Great video, Anna

You can’t take the pole away, so my guest would be no.

Looks like it will puncture in the unprotected bit under thighs easily, why did they not make it a pocket?

It’s a good question. I believe it’s to be able to use it as a long chair in your tent. I often do in the winter.
