I cried last night because I watched the last episode of Season 4. My daughter of a single mother just left for college, and every moment of this show put me right back in my sweet, sad, angry, crazy, amazing, loving, beautiful home with my beautiful brilliant daughter. Pamela, you are my spirit animal, my sister, my sister. I adore all of you and everything you’ve said here. Thank you for the gift of this show. I too just lost my partner, and my “normal” life at the beginning of the pandemic. Better Things made my solo nights SO. MUCH. BETTER. Love you all to bits and bits.
