Alka ji aap karuna Reiko istemal nahin Kar sakte.ye theek hai kids Usui Reiko 3rd level keep baad hi ye Karuna Reiki seekhee ja sakti hai. Lekin iska attunement alag se hota hai. So first go to a teacher who has learned Karuna reiki, he will give the arrangement. I found this Reiki more effective than Usui Reiki. So all the best.

Thank You Too :-) ! Karuna Reiki was made as a different system than Uusi Reiki. According to teachings, ART(or Level 3a) Reiki Channels can be attuned for Practitioner 1 &2 and Reiki Masters May be attuned and taught Karuna Reiki Masters. Please check with the Reiki Grand Master / Master Teacher who attuned you for Reiki Master, whether he attuned you for Karuna Reiki Master. Thanks and Regards.
