When u say you are not like the rest , you only fool yourself . Everything u see here is a product of who you are , as hard as it is to see it . I have been shown my darkest parts and it is not pretty , I refused to see it for a long time and am only coming to an understanding now . We are all connected . Those that are lost will be found , those who think they are divine or above will be lost .. but can be found again . No master is above the slave ... we are equal , the most darkest soul is lost and needs help and needs prayers to heal , they were not born that way . I thought I was good until I saw what I was capable of , then I mourned and realized who I was . I held both light and darkness in me , and I had to learn to I am learning that it must be balanced and accepted .

I'm 53 and as a musician I've spent most of my life drunk. On Jan 1st I decided to stop and I managed 5 weeks (dry Jan) Friday I met up with friends and drank til I got home at 4am, man it's taken me two days to recover, the toxic shame and lethargy are just not worth it. I lose touch with the universe when I'm hungover. I've had enough and prefer to be clean now. Much strength to you and huge blessings, keep going mate

Agree with points made. Especially point 4, during my awakening journey last 10 years I have noticed many people that have left my life or I have set boundaries with them. Ironically these are the same people I identified as either being toxic or carrying narcissistic traits. It’s not a coincidence these are the same exact 5 people I identified many years ago, and they have been removed or I have limited interactions with them. I know its the universe protecting me.🙏

While I practice Gratitude, I struggle very hard with being grateful for being a Domestic Violence Survivor with PTSD all I can hope to do is use my experience to help others. I can tell you that you need to heal inside out and to help you with those feeling you have I recommend EMDR therapy or RTT hypnosis. They work instantly and you’ll be able to put your life back in order so that your words ring true with your experience

My PTSD is managed successfully, I use my experience to be a guiding light to others. I see zero value in EMDR, coping quite well without it. I regularly practice Meditation which seems similar to RRT. And no it will NEVER be that level again, my beloved partner was my first, my last, my everything, my Strength and Stay, thankfully I know he's still around, protecting me, doting on me, I remain forever loyal to him 💔💔💔🥲

I don't agree. After a lifetime of struggle, disappointment and endurance, I'm left in my old age with no sense of direction whatsoever. And it's not only me, I know of others in the same position. I've gained wisdom and experience but too old to know what to do with it or to start a new path. I know now what makes me happy but don't have the means to make it happen viz. love nature, gardening, art and creativity, but stuck in a small prison with no garden and insufficient money. Family have emigrated and friends live in other cities. I try and be grateful for what I have but feel lonely and unfulfilled and wonder what all this struggle was in aid of

Have you tried TAPPING ? Plenty of video's about tapping on KZbin. All it will cost is a decision to do it as opposed to trying, along with some time, patience, as well as a device and data to watch some more KZbin video's but on "TAPPING" this time around.. Trying means that we'll give it a go, but then give it up as soon as we don't feel like it's working quickly enough for us because of frustration when it starts to feel like it's all too hard so why bother to keep going ! It's our stubborn mindset that is blocking us that's all it is. We get in our own way with impatience and frustration, which are all low vibe energies that put a stop ✋ to what we want. I heard a very profound saying the other day which was>>> " Our current situations are merely a print out of our constant thought's." If we want change we must change what isn't working for us. I'm still on my journey and i've made so many changes that i never ever thought possible. Stick with tapping each & every day & as often as humanly possible...and you will at the very least feel better just to start with... Blaming shaming & complaing will only encourage the universe to deliver more of what we're focused on. Focusing on what we want or what we don't want, will be delivered either way, it just depends which one we focus on the most. That said...we can't ask the universe for thing's we truly believe is out of our reach !
