Hearing how my husband and the Elders pray made me wonder if I was praying right. Last night, I asked God if I was praying right. This morning, as I opened up the KZbin app, this is the first video in my recommendations. When Jackie mentioned how Hannah referred to God as Lord of Hosts because thats who she needed at that moment, I felt that. Today while praying, I was praying a prayer I feel through my natural eyes is impossible, but I reminded myself in prayer how BIG my God is by naming His attributes. It's a beautiful thing to know and remind ourselves of how GREAT our God is. It raises our Faith in prayer.

Thank God for this video. I follow a prophet and apostle who say that God would here me because I’m not praying with “fire.” I’m naturally a calm person and my prayers are usually more conversational and I’ve been feeling like he hasn’t been hearing me because I’m not loud. I’ve been made to believe that I’m not a good prayer because I’m not jumping up and down and calling on him to tear down evil altars and such. I’ve been feeling like I’m a weak prayer warrior. This video was a relief.

YES! Praying the Lord's words back to him is powerful! In September I sustained a pretty bad broken rib that kept me from doing any activity harder than lifting a plate. I decided to dedicate the extra time of not being able to exercise and do normal activity to the Lord so He could teach me whatever it was He wanted. I started memorizing scripture at lightning speed, really dedicating myself to it more than any other point in my life. I quickly saw good habits in my life that I had turned into idols. I also started paying more attention to scripture references in the margins of my Bible. I started praying back the passages I was learning to the Lord. He gently revealed just how deeply rooted my greatest vice was/is in my life, jealousy. God is so tender in His correction if we are willing to receive it. Now, my days are thrown off if I miss my time with the Lord. I cannot miss it. I must be with the Lord.

This is so refreshing, i understand more now why my mom used to often say God's grace is sufficient. In each season I am in awe that God still chooses to tap in and let me know, He meets me where I am, I don't have to perform, I don't have to compete. I only need a relationship with Him and our daily conversation is more than enough. He hears me, He sees me, and I am so grateful!!!!!

I was a child of divorced parents and practiced a lot of self discipline. I remember being the only one in my household getting up early to spend time in church on holidays and even my birthday. I was in the church choir and used to fellowship with a neighbor old enough to be my mother. My family dubbed me the baby preacher.😊But the Lord gives me strength and hope in times of trouble. 🙏🏽🌞

I was reading a book by Rick warren and at the end of the chapter, he asks a question. I don't remember as I type this now but my answer to the question was Praying more. As I was writing my answer I was thinking that God is the father and Instead of me trying to pray like other people, let me just talk to him as if He is my dad. It was deep to me because my father passed away in August and I never had a relationship with him. I'm having a tough season and I believe I have to stop trying to pray and just do it. Also I need to just do it everyday and not casually. So thank you for this video ladies. It was very enlightening.

I’m with Lisa. I live alone so I talk to God, because He is always there and often the only One who is. I try to I. my approach be reverent, because He is Holy. He knows, so I approach Him as if He does to have a conversation with Him about it as if he is right there in the room with me. If I’m outside I have my earphones in my ears and I talk to Him. I may appear as if I am in conversation with someone who is on the other line, but it is God I’m speaking to. I also have times of focused prayer when I am on my knees or am standing before Him. I approach God as *Abba,* *King,* *Husband,* *Father,* *my love.* Solomon had a travelling bed. *Song of Solomon 3:7* A bed is also a place of intimacy. We can experience intimacy with God as we go…🇨🇦

I needed to hear this. I'm not a new Christian, but feeling stale in my prayer life meaning same prayers over and over trying to figure why my prayers are not as fluid as others.

This is good conversation. Sometimes I still battle with prayer. God's word is everything that we need. It's just being intentional and staying in his presence and he will teach us the rest.

Ladies Thank you so much for this much needed talk, teaching, and message. I’ve been spending time with God in prayer authentically and thought that I was doing it wrong, and all along He was hearing me and giving me grace through this season. Thank you so very much! 💐💐💐💐💐 To God be the Glory, All Honor, and All of my Praise in Jesus name, Amen! 🙏🏾
