I have that Bettie too, from an Amazon kit. I have several Temu dolls and they are nice, nicer than the 3 ( or 4?) PG dolls that are too $$$, cute faces but horrible bodies. I sent the last one back. Also, I am starting a Go Fund Me for “Toys for Gracie.” Poor little thing. 😢

I can't do the custom dolls anymore and I have the cheaper but they are not stolen. The doll kit is not copywritten by the artist and many artist have made production contracts with China companies. That is why Amazon can sell the cheaper kits they are not stolen.

I have a few art dolls and yes they are very nice. I have a silicone baby made by Carolyn Doughty and he is just beautiful. People think he is real. She does beautiful work. I can't say I like or value the art dolls more than the Amazon or Temu ones. I love them all the same! I have a couple that the quality isn't the greatest but when you fix and dress them up they are cute. And yes less expensive..man the economy is tough right now! Im actually scared to even think about retirement. I still have quite a few good years in me. 😂 but it still scares me. God Bless you both. Oh and I would LOVE to see the old dolls you have! I wish I would have kept all of mine. I kept a few dolls, toys etc When I think of all the things I got rid of..I want to cry!
