Hi Brian, Cowboy Slots (a slot machine technician) says always bet on high denomination machines when making high bets as they are programmed to pay out more when they hit. Not sure if it is true, but might be worth a try. So, instead of placing $80 bet on a $1 dollar denomination machine, go to a $10 denomination machine and bet the $80 (or a $15 or $20 dollar machine). Might be worth a try. Of course, you will be spinning less this way. Sorry you had a bad luck day. Enjoy watching you play the different machines and explaining them.

I don't think the majority of us play high limit rooms at true high limit bets. I think the idea was to show that if you're on the penny machine or you're betting $330 a spin, the results are the same: the machines will pay when it is the machines are going to pay. I found it very enjoyable and informative to not see solely jackpots despite the amounts being played.
