Met him last night a top man 1st thing he said to me was good evening young man what do you fancy 👍 he was a gentleman you can tell BTW I had 1 bet with him the last race £15 win at 6/4 it won and when I collected my winnings he said you had 1 bet with me and it won , he knows his customers and is a great guy I wish him all the best 👍Steve

Watching this in lockdown. Remember meeting Roger when going to Romford on busy Saturday nights when it was packed out with punters. Having a bet just as the hare started was such a thrill. Even better was the look on Roger"s face when he paid you out your winning bet. Priceless. Respect to you Roger hope to meet up with you soon when all this stuff is sorted out. Regards Arthur.

Rodger was a proper gentleman in this interview must say)) Very interesting man what it was like back over 50 years alone in the billingsgates”market “ Everyone has a knock off point at some stage in their lives)) Could listen to Rodger for days because he is a very well tuned up guy who knows a lot of things that you and me would never know)) Hope is doing well for himself and what a grafter he was since 14 years old takes a very long time to get to the stage Rodger was at back then)) God bless ya Rodger and to this guy who put the videos on KZbin etc etc etc)£
