- Ceasing of unlawful interference on property under Art. 1149(1) of the Civil Code of Ethiopia; and
- Payment of cost of construction by the defendants prior to repossession of land
* Court Judgment
- Plaintiff is the legal owner of the house built on the land of the defendants
- There is no unlawful interference; however, defendants should pay 120,000 birr as cost of construction if they desire repossess land on which the house is constructed
