I was in my apartment in the State of Massachusetts at the time. Four hours from New York by Massachusetts turnpike. A lady called me and said, "Turn your TV on. A plane just went through the Trade Center in New York." It was hard to believe it at first. I turned the TV on, that was when I saw the second plane go through the other twin tower. The people running. I saw the cement like soot going in a path down what appeared to be road, into all the shops and buildings in its path, breaking windows, filling up restaurants, stores, all kinds of businesses from the left side to the right. People covered head to toe with soot. I will never forget it. This lady whom I knew was at her job. They were all watching it also. It was like businesses closed down that day in many areas outside of New York, just out of respect. The victims that survived. No, words can comfort that unspeakable act of violence. Lord Jesus comfort all that helped, the family members of the lost, and the survivors, through your Holy Spirit. Thank you, Lord. In remembrance

I absolutely agree. The "acting", especially from the one dude, was just horrible. This event, and those that were actually THERE, told it's own story. Getting cheap actors to play a role they will never understand is just hoaky.

I'm from Pennsylvania. 9/11 was my only daughter (at the time) first day of Head Start. I literally just put her on the little bus, walked in our home, and played out on my bed. First x alone in 4 years. And then I seen it on live TV. the very first time I let my child out into the free world. It was so scary. And then the MIA plane in PA. To this day I still cry. I think we all have PTSD from 9/11.

I used it to get my bearings downtown. In Sept. 10, I purchased a birthday card for my grandmother’s 101st, uand a bottle of Herbal Essence shampoo in the WTC Duane Reade mall. I went upstairs into the Borders Bookstore, and wrote out a note for grandma. I mailed it from the WTC pst office. There was a deli catty-corner from the WTC where I bought a veggie tuna with provolone on a Kaiser roll. I brought it home to my sublet on Houston St. Little did I know that would be my last night there. Next day I had off from work, intended to sleep in, and the noise woke me up. When I realized, I just knew instantly, it was an act of war. I grabbed a box, a few clothes, and my cat, and departed by bike to my friend’s place on E. 82 St. She was away in London and the doorman let me in, to check on her cats, I told him. He didn’t question me as we’d seen one another enough.

I lived in PA when this happened, my sister's kids were young and in school, and we heard on the news coverage that flight 93 was over PA and was thought to be heading for the White House, then the next thing the news said that 93 was going to crash into a school. I called my sister and she said pick up the kids from school please!!! I remember the short drive to the school how I was shaking, and how I had to keep swallowing hard and breathing deep so I wouldn't throw up. Needless to say I got the kids and everyone was fine. That was the scariest moment of my life, and I was hundreds of miles away. My heart aches for the ppl in this movie. 💔

I absolutely would've been that pain in the ass blonde woman asking everybody what they had seen and felt. I am an extremely empathetic person, and it is through other peoples experiences that I often share in their heart break or their suffering. And while it's not healthy for me necessarily, I think taking on the burden of shared grief lightens the load, even a little bit, for that person. When KZbin came out in 2005, one of the first things I looked for was videos about September 11. People recording their personal stories, etc. I didn't see anybody posting anything personal for more than 10 years. Now it's been over 20 and people are finally starting to talk. And it still brings me back to that day, but I would rather know than not. And I will never forget.

Its been 2 decades... alot as changed since 2001, we didnt have todays technology to document and edit video's etc, majority of what you find on here are documentaries that were first aired on tv in the years following the attack.. its been everywhere especially in the first 10 years.. its gone quiet in the last 10 years i think.. people seem to be slowly forgetting how tragic that day really was. We did actually go to war with the taliban over it.

@@stargazer2019 yeah, I know... I was there. Already 20 years old in 2001. People were uploading videos to KZbin then. Initially I actually thought it was a video storage type site, and uploaded all of my home videos of my babies, because by that point even though there weren't phone cameras, cameras were by and large digital, and could record little snippets, and could be uploaded onto the computer through the SD card. I did it all the time. Anyway, my point is that in looking for various documentaries etc. there were the ones everybody saw, and a few independent journalists, but many of the survivors we're still not ready to tell their story. I'm glad that many of them are now.

They had severely injured people and dead, and dying people in the concourse as well as plane parts and tons of broken glass and other debris. Father judge and firemen before him, had both been killed by other people falling from the high floors in the north tower onto them. Father judge was the first recognized as I did, but it was actually giving last rites to a fireman who has been killed that way when he was impacted. It was enough to have the traffic that they need to evacuate from the building that had already been hit, so they believed it was safer to keep everyone in the other building in place at least until the north tower which had already been hit was evacuated. Also, though I’m pretty sure they died… but I saw another show where the ladies that were running I don’t know what you would call it maybe reception for the port authority offices… they told people who called them from other offices to go ahead and evacuate. When people told them and let them hear over their phones about that announcement they were told it was an automatic like pre-recorded thing, and they had no way to override it. Or at least whoever was in the office right then didn’t. They were answering calls and trying to help people even after they discovered that their door was jammed and they could not get out or get an answer on their walkie-talkies, etc. from their colleagues. I never heard what happened to them, but I assume that means what it looked like was gonna happen.
@julez8053
@julez8053 Ай бұрын
@@rachmunshine9474 The thing is, that the intention of the 1993 attack on the north tower should have been enough, to evacuate right after the first plane hit the trade center. And not just that, all people working in those buildings should have been trained for evacuation, and should have known exactly where the staircases were, which a lot didn't seem to know. Of course there were debris and unfortunately also people falling down, but that's not a reason to keep people inside. Also, according to testimonies of the 9/11 commission, an attack was very well known to occur, even with the involvement of planes. It is therefore astonishing to me, how people responsible to detect and avoid such attacks, didn't see at least the attacks on the towers coming. As I mentioned before, I'm not basing my opinion on post attack insides, but on pre attack knowledge.

Can i say this! You me everyone can argue if god and jesus are real! But one thing is ALIVE!! The MESSAGE! 4 thousand years ago The 10 commandments were written in stone! Do not lie do not steel do not kill do not judge do not gossip no sex before marriage dont cheat on your partner ect ect! If you dont believe in the no sex do you think if everyone lived with a partner for 5 years no sex and both no you truely love each other get married have kids and a happy life! Dont you think it would stop abortions kids with split parents orphans the list goes on! Do you believe THE MESSEGE? Think about it! The saying goes the world changes but the TRUTH does not! Love is the truth! And those commandnents are to protect you not burden you! You cant say THE MESSAGE is not alive because it is! Its WRITTEN! If you dont believe the message i think your not telling the TRUTH! LOVE IS THE TRUTH and love wrote those commandments so besides your argument that its bs god and jesus are not real you cannot deny the message is TRUTH! I really hope you think about this! God bless you🙏🕊💜

If you don't believe, then why did you watch it all? It's not like it was a secret the documentary was Christ centered. Although I do agree with you that the actors in the bus were overly dramatic, everyone deserves to share their story and their beliefs from that day and this documentary is in no way disgusting, disrespectful or distasteful.

Not my favourite documentary, didnt like the train scenes, seems a bit pointless.. spent the majority of this documentary wondering what role those people on the train were meant to be acting. 23 years on and it seems to me that people are slowly forgetting about that tragic day. Lets not talk about faith.. its religion that caused this monstrosity in the first place... root to all evil.

57:10 God is a god of comfort??? He allowed the towers to collapse or collapsed the towers, killing thousands of innocent people. Whatever happens, God is always on a winner with religious people. It's ridiculous!

God didn't create evil . Satan did that and those who follow Satan do evil

Evil took over on that horrendous day. In the end, good will triumph.

I am an agnostic but don't have an issue with religion if it is kept private and dignified. The US Christian-Nationalists are terrifying. They know nothing of Jesus or how he lived because they preach hate, division, intolerance and hostility. Jesus as a man was opposed to all that shit. He was compassionate, caring, tolerant, empathetic and loved and accepted everyone. Some Christians have warped this so far for some personal gain it is revolting.

What sean sweeney said reminds me of the titanic Wow that woman needs to be in a choir if she isn't already ❤ i love what she said about seeing God ❤ RIP Josephine Harris and Rick Rescorla...... Among so many others ❤ About those dogs..... It made me sad to hear a story that those dogs got a treat for finding people alive and when there were only bodies and body parts left the humans who were with those dogs actually hid in the rubble because those dogs wouldn't get a treat unless they only found someone alive Those jumpers made me sad ❤ Omg! I love that her son did that! ❤
