Ah thanks so much Ryan! I do tend to shout about these guys at whatever opportunity I get haha! I did interview Tommy in person on their Automata tour in London. One of the things that were a head trip though is that at the time, their PR sorted me out with the interview. Fast forward to this year and their PR was my colleague and handed me over BTBAM from her roster because she knew how much I loved them. Such a great friend! Did you enjoy the interview? :)

What an honor to speak with him, im happy for you Tris :) Colours 2 is my favourite album of 2021 and their goal was "these songs belong to the fans, if they help them in any way, we achieved something good". To be honest? Im a story writer and this album sooo fucking inspired me to go on with my stories and my creativity, so they DID good :)

It's pretty mad to be fair as I did get to speak to Tommy on the last album cycle in person then they were touring London but this one we got to talk about one of my favourite albums of all time and then CII! @@TheMetalTris thanks for asking :) Well, after hearing C2 so many times, i kinda found one of my stories in the lyrics in almost every song on the album. Also these wierd/crazy parts like Prehistory, Bloom or The Ectopic Stroll are always something for my mind. They create a certain scene in my head and boom, it fits again into my story^^ Its about mental illness and how to get through it without giving up, and this story was on hold, because i didn't knew what to write. Now Colours 2 helped me or lets say, another Btbam helped me with it :P

Awesome Tris. I remember first listening to this on an early morning run, I was totally absorbed in it and loving every minute of it. 6 miles into my run, I had to stop, pause the track and go back with a huge grin on my face - "Hell! Did they just throw in a sample of Yello's Oh Yeah!" Damn right they did. They never fail to impress me. Bat shit crazy musical genius.
