The saying we always used was, "Stagger gets you in; Cross gets you out." Just some thoughts..... -Maybe back his corner up just a touch so all the dynamic weight change isn't happening so fast and loading the right rear? (unless they're flat-footing it....) -Looked like it needed a little more cross weight to get the left rear to push the nose out. -Not sure where the lead was but maybe just a little more left side would help the left rear reload a little quicker. Keep adding it until it gets stuck on the left rear....which sounds like you were trying to tighten him up but the entry seemed good until mid corner where it would quickly load the right rear....or the front end??? Look into reading "The Secrets of Speed" (or something like that) by Todd Godwin. Super informative setup book that really gets into physics and dynamics. Being in aviation, it should make sense to you once you get your mind in that mode.

You wer way short on ponys. Great car control in the corners when you kept getting loose. Come on Zach, step your game up as chief or he is going to ask your mod chief to take over lol . You had a qualifying spot till you broke something . Looked like it may have gotten a little bit better the dryer the track got mabe. IDK Remember Onyx, keep the pedal and the rubber down ☝🏁🇺🇲🌽

I was thinking the same thing. From the in-car view you could hear the engine and when he was lifting going in it seemed to corner ok. When he was trying to flat-foot it all the way through the corner he was going too fast for the exit and the cart would get loose. That said, the top carts were faster and he had to do something to try to keep up. We also have to remember that Onyx is only at the very start of his driving career. He will learn from experience what he can do as a driver to get the most out of any particular set-up.
