She gave her best during her solo era so that her other members too get a chance to have a solo song of their own, if her solo would've been a flop- a company like YGe would never give a chance to the other members as Jennie is titled the ACE OF YG and shes the face of BP and if someone as powerful as her wasn't able to do nothing with a solo song, YGe would either delay the solo for other members of never give them. During BP house she was fit, fine & happy but when they weren't shooting and preparing for smth, she had an injury...it was so bad that she used support to walk but still she still showed up and performed unlike artists from other groups who take months long break for injuries or mental health- she was going through depression, injurie, her mental health got worser, got panic attacks but didn't took a single break and performed. Be thankful guys- stop hating on BLACKPINK.

I like blackpink but I always feel like there's something missing. One day I Watched 2Ne1 videos then went and watched blackpink after. That's when I figured what's missing. Blackpink is eye candy, they're so pretty u wanna look at them forever. On the other hand 2Ne1 makes your heart pump and leave you breathless. there's the passion and energy that you'll also feel when you watch Bigbang. I feel like Jennie is so favored and popular that it shows in her performance how much she takes it all for granted. CL have been favored too before and was given a solo but she always worked hard. You never see CL perform and look worn out. This is why i knew blackpink may surpass 2Ne1 in popularity and achievements but they will never surpass 2Ne1 in my heart..

Jennie's been like this since last year's awards shows and in their Ddu-du-ddu-du promotions. I know she gets tired easily (as confirmed in vapp and running man) but that just means she needs to do more cardio workouts and ensure she is replenished before performing. She should really do something about it and not only because it affects her image but because it makes her more prone to fatigue and fainting.

I love her to bits but i have to agree with you.. i saw her struggling climbing up the stairs (she looked so fragile there) in running man and i alos thought she should start cardio training as well coz it will help with concerts when they sing and dance multiple songs. I’m not a fanatic when it comes to exercise but if i feel i’m running out of breath when I need to attend to emergencies at work, they i know i need to be serious in my running sessions. Although, she did admit she doesn’t like working out and prefers yoga instead. It may be asking a lot from hectic sched but i guess i’m not used to seeing this performance from a yg artist. I still remember GD telling Seungri to keep it together even if he feels tired/sick coz everybody including the staff are also tired from the preparations.

Back in this video after 2 years and I still dislike how people can hate on Jennie that easy. She was trying her best. You might think she is slacking off but she is just trying hard not to collapse or fall from fatigue. If she pushed herself even harder, she could have collapsed then you would hate on her for ruining the entire performance. Well, yuju fell from a wet stage because of the rain and still danced the best she could. SinB dislocated her shoulder and still danced her best. Chaeyeon tripped at izone’s last performance but still did her best no matter what. EXID who promoted Up&Down and Hot Pink, Twice with Ooh-aah and TT for a lot of times did their best despite doing it all over and over again. The fact of comparing all these right here is because it shows the “Kpop Style” of performances. That is why kpop is known for its unique songs, choreos especially MV’s. But they’re well-adored when they do such stage performances that’s why there are awards for best performances right? Yes, you’re a human not a robot. But remember that YOU ARE A PERFORMER. I dont tolerate laziness with being tired as an excuse. Last week their sunbae (ikon), went to Singapore for a concert. Then directly to Japan for 2more concerts. Went back to Korea for 2events that they needed to perform. Then to Manila for the best concert of their entire career. Thats 4 concerts in 3 countries + 2 events in another in 7 days. Jisoo’s energy shines bright in her performances and she has improved. Rosé and Lisa gave their all into this stage, and it’s noticeable. I wish Jennie did the same though. I understand that it can be exhausting to perform at times, but she’s been slacking and I would appreciate it if she can give it her all! Her stage presence is important for the group, considering it’s only 4 of them, and if she becomes lazy with it then it affects everyone. Everyone else was great, but once again, I wish Jennie gave more into her performances :(
