very nice explanation and simple to understand. However, I believe that you forgot to mention the start point of the replication in the leading and lagging strands which is RNA polymerase (I guess) or I understood this wrong? (in simple words, the start point for SNA polymerase to initiate replication)

Since the replication bubble opens up by both of the forks that delimit it, shouldn't the first okazaki fragment behave like a leading strand and keep receiving nucleotides until it meets another okazaki fragment?
