I'm for one grateful to have easy and almost unlimited access to music, films, and knowledge and not having to spend a fortune for long-distance phone calls, share photos with family and friends, be more efficient in my work. People have a tendency to downplay current technological marvels for the sake of a nostalgic idea of the past.

After I first watched this pilot episode, it was then that I knew watching this show was gonna be a fun, dope ride 😎🤟🏾 My mom remembers this quite fondly when she went to high school, and amongst many people was very popular then in those times. The high school seasons were the best. I received a 90210 calendar during the second season of the show's run and put it up on my wall. Most of my friends made fun of it, but I didn't give a damn! Funny think is, that Chevette Brandon was driving is worth about $1500 today which is about the same price you could buy it for back then. This was such a brilliant opening. If I recall correctly, it came on right after The Simpsons and immediately sucked me in to this new show, which I'd never heard about (obviously, since it was airing for the first time ever). The first season was the best by far, especially once Dylan was introduced. That first summer season was still all right, but after that, IMO the show quickly went downhill.
