Bhai kya tha ye! Isne to sach nikal karr rakh di harr aadmi ki.. the best motivational speech i have ever seen. Look at his expression and perfection and his words damm to the point and the reality of every human being. I have this habit of being accountable for every failure and success in my day to day life, people usually used to say its not your fault but deep inside me i knew it was mine and i could have done better. And really its works on a long run. But the other two points are insane. I will definitely start to follow his 3 rules. I really don't have words to thank you!

Summary: Total 3 lessons: 1. Hold your self accountable.(accept the truth that it's your own fault instead of blaming others). 2. Don't waste your time on instant gratification. It's not worth it. You may feel happy/good Momentarily. But, Sooner or later, you'll regret it. 3. Compound interest will either work for you or against you. So, you better make it work for you. Period. Thank you. I can relate to that. I give in to instant ggratification.I'm neither accountable, nor have compound interest working for me. You just described my situation. Its time i change that. I am 25 and I have no skills just like him. Thus, I'm also searching for a sales job.
