BEWARE!! Coco Nara hookah coals!

Coco Nara hookah coals are known for their quality in the hookah industry, and are very well known. The quality of their coals has gone down tremendously in the past years, but I would never expect to find a nail in their coals. This is disgraceful and something should be done about it.

Genuine Coco Nara comes in a glossy box with a blue stamp on the inside of the top flap, coals wrapped in a bluish-clear plastic packaging and a flyer with instructions inside the box. The fakes usually come in a matte finish box with greyish plastic packaging, no stamp and usually no instruction insert. The fakes aren't uniform in shape, burn quick and many crack while heating. I didn't learn about this until one box of coals started giving me crippling headaches but I've been using Coco Nara for years. Hope this helps!

I just bought a box at a local hookah shop.....and didn't bother with a receipt. However, based on comments and the video, I'm safe because my packaging plastic is clear! Yaay me! Sorry guys.

A lot of people noticing them being the knock off lately. Specially all Coco Kara’s sold on Amazon, and some local Hookah stores. The original should have a clear packaging plastic, not the foggy as this one. At least what others noticed.

i totally agree with this video i remember buying coco nara two years ago and they was one of the best coals i ever had and from there i moved on to titanium coals and cocourth and just now i ran out and the only way for me to get those coals is to order them online so i bought small pack and legit that was the worst decision i ever did i can’t believe that it give me a headache and only lasted 30 mins never will i buy them again to be honest only i’m sure i’m getting the quality that i had couple years ago

Coco Nara recently moved their production to China to make cheaper products, this happens somewhat often actually. However you may of just got a "bad batch", not excusable but definitely possible. I've heard of Coco Nara having nails and wires in their coals since they'll sweep up dust from the ground that the coals made in order to make more coals. As for them not being cut well, once again, recent changes in production is the cause of this. If you're looking for better coals that are still sort of the same price i'd recommend Titanium cubes, coco mazaya, cocobuzz, or haze coals. I really haven't heard many bad things about any of those.

Exactly what I heard. Titanium coals are the only ones I use. Last time I used Coco Nara, my throat was sore after the second bowl. They never used to do that.

Tornado hookah charcoals are best. I use them at least for 2 @t smell, little ash. best I ever seen.they sell on amazon They have 3 kinds.They are amazing

You need coals to smoke shisha. They are the heat source. Also, not many people have a tobacco field in their yard or a curing barn so it's basically a given that you have to buy it commercially.
