Government should mandate sim swap by requesting the customer to physically visiting the centre and giving biometric authentication And the biometric signature of the officer should also be compulsory This way there won't be any sim swap remotely

It's the sim companies fault. Why do you give duplicate sim or esim so easily to anyone. You people should ask more details or could ask the user to physically come at any of the companies centre and apply in person

Done to me last week complaint in cyber crime no resolution had to block sim and purchase new sim
