Sir can we deviate against approved plan. It is not violation. Can it b regularised at a latter stage. Is there any specific norms for allowed percentage of variation/ deviation. Pls clarify

One more is basement height. Check whether basement height above ground level or above road level. If ur plot is lower than road , they will take average of the ground level. So for basement height u will end up spending more. When u get estimate have the builder visit ur land and provide actual basement height to be kept.

Hi Sir, So far we gave around 6lacs for labour contract charge to my engineer. But still house constructed till ground floor without plastering. Yet construct first floor. Can you pls tell how much work which should have completed for 6 lacs?? Total construction sqft 2100. Ground floor - 2 bhk, first floor single bhk. Total land size 3.5 cents.
