Beware of these Rental Scams in Canada! Canada Tamil

Would like to share my experience on top of these scams, a guy listed a property in facebook marketplace we even went to see the place he had the key and all appliances are present, but slightly we got a doubt and we had a realtor just asked him to check whether this property listed in market, he said yes and also asked to check what is the name of the owner, the names where different so be very careful the red flag for us was he even sent the lease document which was perfect with no mistakes, but he sent that lease document in the midnight adha matikitan 🤣, lol jokes apart the catch is landlords will never rush to give there million dollar property to a stranger that easily my suggestion is better go with a licensed realtor to avoid all this, or atleast do a background check with the available resources before sending money, sorry about the stretch wanted to convey this in detail, thanks
