We are past the 5 day cancellation time period. No one told us of this and We did not get home from our vacation until after. Is there any way out of this UVC contract now? Please comment if possible.

My father got sucked into a time share thing and it was a really big issue, Idk what the specifics were, but i know it caused issues. This sounds like such a stressful situation, to have to deal with on vacation. This is absolutely wild!! Im really glad for you that you and your sister ended up doing some research!!

Im not sure, I know at one point he was still paying for it for no reason but im not sure if he ever got out of it.

At 28 minutes she states if it is worth it. She ends up canceling the contract. You must write a letter to everybody stating you want to cancel it. She says it would be worth it if you actually can manage to use all the benefits. She got her money back and canceled within the first 5 days. She got her money back in 2 weeks.

We went to one of these presentations one time and it was long but had good food as well. We did not buy into the program because we were so young and didn’t have the money but I’m glad we didn’t. I’ve heard nightmares about them. I would not have been able to sit that long and definitely not read the contract. Yeah all of the “extras” hidden in contracts scare me.

1)By 39 most people are established in their career and would be able to afford something like this. 2) Most married women don't make such a huge commitment (time & money) without their husbands agreement so a single woman has one less obstacle for the saler to get around. It's all very predatory.

Thank you very much for your video about UVC. I’m preparing to email my letter of intent for notice of cancellation for the program I signed up for. I am currently on day three since I signed. I don’t suppose you would post a copy of your letter of intent of cancellation for use as a guide. Also an address for the Sending the letter to the US consulate. I am not a lawyer and this all massively confusing! Thanks for your consideration!

My ex was a corporate lawyer and had them change several clauses! We bought twice and regretted it once we found out what UVC offers. Arguably the best membership out there. BTW the 5 day cancelation rule is federal law from the consumer protection office. It applies at any and all resorts.

hi, those 299.00 is call bonus weeks, and that amount will cover a complete week in any participating RCI Hotels... I have just got the plan... and I understand it's very confusing.

I agree with your dad. 40 years for $90k is a bit much. They know how to entice you with incentives to get you in those timeshare meetings. Once you're there, you really see that it's not all that they make it seem to be. That 45 page contract would've had me running out. FAST!

We sat through the same thing yesterday. At 2.5 hours in, I was restless and annoyed with the lack of answers. Also most of the “extras” they gave you for listening weren’t even correct/good. We were stuck in Tulum waiting 20 minutes for our cab to come back who was supposed to wait and the massages werent 80 minutes, but 50. So shady, couldn’t answer direct questions. True timeshares aren’t shady like this!

I had escaped from them but they collected my personal information as home address, phone number, even signature for accepting that bonus cash for taking 90mins (actually 3 hours as you said in video😂). 😂😂😂 they can show u full price 100 but u get it for 69 dollars but u can go on priceline expedia and find same places hotels deals for the same price maybe cheaper ... and u dont have to book 6 9 months in advance and no maintenance fees or other fees and spontaneous vacations not ao far in advanced.. never worth it.. thats crazy monthly u can juat do ur own vacations with less money.. im looking forward to going to 1 just to say no and keep the gifts along with making them acknowledge 90 minutes give or take 15 minutes and i can just say no

We belong to a vacation club but it is no where that expensive. Being that we own some short term rentals, this would be a no for me. I’d rather own it that be renting it. But there are some great vacation clubs out here. You just have to know which ones are best.

Nothing free.... you just paid upfront and monthly fees with interest.... you better off just keeping your money 💰 in your pocket and book your vacation package when you're ready to travel... why do you need a membership to book a vacation... just keep your money 💰... and don't let anyone sell you 🚽 water 💦🚫✈️👎
