BEWARE on Wonder of the Seas!! WORST SPECIALITY DINING EXPERIENCE ON A CRUISE!!!

One thing that really bugs me is when they serve a lemon full of seeds REALLY . In an upscale restaurant that shows a total lack of attention to detail

Sorry, but your review confuses me a little as well, with the details during the meal being mostly positive of the food, service and experience overall, with a few personal preferences thrown in about meal preparation, etc., but then your update claims it to be 'horrible food you would not feed to your enemy'. Also, in a response to one of the comments here, you state that 'a number of people also experienced bad service', but in your initial review, you did state the service was 'phenomenal'. I am left assuming you base this final, final review solely on how sick you felt afterward and not your overall experience? Thanks for sharing!

Yes, I based my updated review on how we felt after leaving the restaurant, knowing that food was all we had to eat in an 8 hour window, leaving us to believe that we did get sick from that food. The service we received by the waitstaff was excellent and very attentive - no complaints there. When chatting with others on our cruise regarding their experiences at 150 Central Park, they all had a similar bad experiences with food, but service was great. As I said, we LOVE this restaurant on Oasis of the Seas and had such a great experience there and was really looking forward to the same on Wonder of the Seas. I hope this helps any confusion and have fun on your cruise!

Thanks for your comment! To clarify, I stated in my video while we were in the restaurant that some of the items were good or OK. It wasn't until we immediately left the restaurant that we got sick. I do know that a number of people on our ship also experienced bad service from 150 Central Park as well, which was unfortunate since we had such a great experience on the last cruise. This was my experience and I do share so others are aware. I wish you a better experience if you are planning to go there on Wonder of the Seas. All the best!

We tried it on Oasis of the Seas and it was good. Unfortunately, we didn't make it there on this cruise :-( Definitely would have rather went there instead of 150 Central Park!

Dramatic much? If other people didn’t get sick then it wasn’t food poisoning from the meal. You can’t definitely draw that conclusion

Thanks for your comment. Nah, not dramatic at all. This was my experience dining at 150 and like most people who do food reviews, they share their experiences. After drawing all possible conclusions (especially neither of us having eaten anything in over 8 hours before here) and others on our sailing had a disappointing experience as well at the same restaurant (not sick like we got but bad food and especially since we felt fine in the morning, so we know it wasn't the flu), so given all of those outcomes, we determined that it was the food - also, I never said food posioning - this was not that. I hope your experience at 150 Central Park is better than ours was.

Everyone’s immunity is different. That’s why people in developing countries can handle their street food a lot better than visitors. But food poisoning shouldn’t be happening to anyone with any sort of immunity. I don’t think she’s being dramatic at all.
