Time to reflect: Yesterday at the mosque, I was reminded of how easy it is for our ego to get in the way and disrupt our relationships and state of mind.
We must stay mindful of the role our ego plays in our lives and strive to conquer it.
In this video, I'm teaching you about the psychological trap known as the "spiritual ego." This trap can lead to a lot of negative consequences, and you need to be cautious of it if you want to stay in a positive state of mind.
The spiritual ego is a phenomenon in which we start to see ourselves as separate from our physical body and our environment. This can lead to a lot of positive misconceptions about ourselves, including the belief that we are superior to other people.
This trap is dangerous because it can lead to a lot of self-inflicted harm. If you want to stay in a positive state of mind, you need to be careful not to fall into the spiritual ego trap!
This is the key to becoming a better Muslim and especially in the month of Ramadan.
