i have a hundo tallonflame that i am using for the great league right now so should i power it up to level 50 for the ultra league i have the ideal move set with the legacy fast move

Of course you should power it up for UL if you have a team for Talonflame. Talonflame needs specific ivs for GL. Hundo works best for UL

I don't think that PVPoke has enough data on drain punch yet. I also can't even see the move on pokemon(dot)gameinfo. So maybe they will update it once more is known about the move? I messed up and forgot to do my evolutions so I didn't get drain punch. I will wait before j use an elite tm.
