Nice podcast girls. ❤ I struggled a lot being so called multicultural . ( I am a mix of Indonesian, Scottish, Belgium, Chinese and Dutch cultural roots😅) J. Krishnamurti said when asked what his "secret" to his calm was, something like: *What ever happens....I don't care* Ramesh Balkesar. wrote a book called " Who Cares? Matt Kahn books : "Whatever arises, love that." And another book of his : "Everything is here to help you." And I also have read Michael A. Singers books too.😊 Their concepts help me to return to equanimity whenever I get too far out of balance 🙏🏼 * It is not the situation I am in ( forced or agreed to) what bothers me, but my IDEAS about myself AND about the situation* Byron Katies " 4 questions" was also a guide to get to that innerstanding . I tell this here , so it might help someone else too. But still with all that knowledge inside me...sometimes easier said than done 😱 Well I guess it makes me human.😂 Have a nice day y" all😊😘
