I know it's not a popular opinion, but I always thought Dick Sargent was a better Darrin than Dick York. Not that Dick York was bad, but the chemistry between Dick Sargent and Elizabeth Montgomery was always noticeably better. For one thing, they were closer in age. Dick Sargent was also the first choice for Darrin.

You gotta be kidding... York was a far superior actor in every way. Sargent's portrayal of Darrin is stiff and forced. He had zero chemistry with EM.
