Ik ben ook net vader en besef dat kinderen best wel wat kunnen hebben. Als je een fout maakt, of een keer boos bent geweest, dan kan je dat gewoon uitleggen en sorry zeggen. We zijn niet perfect en maken allemaal fouten...amen.

Oh my,interesting podcast, Its beautiful if you are a sensive,intuitive mother to rase your little girl in your ways. What I am missing is that it feels,that your way is the only way! I have 10 children,you might think that is crazy,because 2 children iscalready too much for you. But why? Is it because you dont want to be a full time mom? You want your own career? You want time for friends? For yourself,shopping,education or whatever? Nothing wrong with that,its a choice with yes,consequences, Perhaps there is no seconnd home in Italy and who would not want that? The incident with kissing oma,you are absolutely right. Its wrong to force your child to do so if they indicate not want to,however I would also have talked about how to do it next time,somewhere along the linde kids do have to learn how to deal with unpleasant things. It is like falling into a ravine and learn to get up again. You talk about community and we lost it in many ways,however in those days kids grew up together and learned to solve their own problems. Yes,I am all for being in touch with yourself,freedom to choose your own path,having patience and opportunities for children to express theit feelings etc. My children are very close,although not close in proximity,they live in Europe and all over Canada ,they will say,they learned flexibility,sharing,patience,its not all about me,being content with little etc.etc Were there cons? Definitely,we are humans,parents make mistakes,miss opportunities,if there are many of you,you do not always get what you want or need in the moment,but I believe there are many ways to raise children,if there is room for love,which does not mean no boundaries.I think there are or need to be ,hate the word,but need to be rules in place to function in life,yes kids should follow their hart,live and play in nature,not getting caught up in this money making society,but the parents set the example,and I think,that is the greatest danger, We do want kids,but more often than not,we dont want to sacrifice❤ Very curious what you think about it Keep up the good work,the more we share,the better life becomes! Good communication,a willingness to say sorry
