when folding the legs is it durable and steady? can hold any angle steady when bending almost flat ?

From my experience yes but the weight of the camera might also get you different results. I tested with the Canon M50 and it was OK. The manufacturer specifies a weight limit of 5kg/11lb so if your camera and any attachments/ microphone/flash on it is within that weight limit then it should be OK.
