Galaxy Pegasus is also Universe level+ too since it created an entire Universe and delete that Universe when it's unlocked by Gingka. Beyblades cannonically have limitless power with the only restriction to that power being the physical design of the bey and the blader themselves. Ryugas L-Drago features the unique ability to steal the power of beys it battles to become stronger and also uses reverse rotation to enable it to intercept enemies and cut off any chance of escape. TBH im not sure how youd power scale something that by default has limitless power and ontop of that endless strength it can steal power to both weaken its opponents and grow itself stronger.

It's really funny to me how serious a show about toy tops takes itself. Why is it that in Shonen, it always has to be about some world ending crisis? Bayblade is just as ridiculous as most Shonen anime if no a bit more so.
