almost took me 50 times after all the burst I did to each bey I battled against but on the 0th try I did it but my arm was so exhausted I couldn't hold the launcher steady it was crazy but it was worth it

Uhh okay. All of its 2nd layer yellow blades move. 2 blades are from springs and the other 2 are clicks. The clicking blades will move the springing blades and into a lock. Each click will move the spring blade until it cant go any further. So what I did is that I used a paintbrush and gently push on the clicking blade back. This can take about 15 seconds to do.
