Shayla Marie Hi 👋🏽 Shayla, if I’m doing pretty small/medium braids I’ll just use whatever product I’m using at the moment and finger coil it and because her curls are pretty tight it’ll stay as is...if that doesn’t work on the texture hair that you’re working with try putting rubber bands on the ends of the braid to keep it from unraveling.

its hard to keep my little one hair nice and neat the next day when I do braids what do u put in your little girl hair to make it stay nice and neat the next day after you braided it

Hi Mika, I usually like to buy a handful of wig caps fro the beauty supply they are super affordable like $1.00 per cap and they stay on anyones head great especially my little one and theres no knots or ties so its not uncomfortable to her! I use them on myself as well!

hey I totally get it I swear I used to feel the same way because I would go through the same thing and I hated to braid her hair just for that reason, so for a while I only did ponytails! however I used shea moisture leave in conditioner and just blue magic hair grease the coconut one and I used a little gel while braiding!

I’m not really rough at all...I’ve mentioned this in a few older videos while doing my voiceovers, yes it does clearly look like I’m being rough but that’s only because I have all my vids in fast forward motion so that it can get to the point ya know...if she was in any pain or uncomfortable I’m almost certain her face would tell a story.
