This is basically what Bey is doing. It’s just the European leg of the tour. she never went on a worldwide tour for 4! The Mrs Carter Show = The 4 Tour. New material can be expected towards the US leg/end of her tour. And if you see the tour dates you’ll see there’s a huge gap in June. So I’m guessing a new single or few should be out soon so that it gets the buzz and ppl know what she will be performing

Keep in my mind that I didn't really compare the two. My point is that you are making the complaint of what you perceive to be as "the same" when in reality artists do a lot of the same thing and have that consistent continuity. Also there is a whole other side to what we are seeing. Lady Gaga was still on her Fame Monster tour as she was beginning to Promote for Born This Way and she changed the setlist as her promotion progressed.
