The visuals are based on this Parisian (France) cabaret I went to see once with my mom and her friend! All scenes and choreos (leopard, the chair, waves, mirrors with legs etc) are from that show. You're right sex as in the act of sex is very intimate. But she isn't having sex in this video, am I right? She is expressing herself sexually and that is different. I don't actually see it as inappropriate. Im am not, "fucked up" as you see it. A nude or semi-nude body doesn't offend me.And if my sister or daughter is a grown woman in her 30's and she wants to express herself in this way, no I would not change my opinion, because I don't see anything wrong with it. Also, yes children can come across this video. But being upset about children being exposed to sexuality in a basic form is wrong, thats why so many people still find sex nasty. We are taught from a young age that sex is a nasty no no at least until marriage.Children can also likely come across murder, gore, and violence and I think that would be a far worse discovery for a child. Thats the problem with the world. Violence is acceptable and sex is to remain hidden and I disagree. And lastly, it is the responsability of the parent to protect your child from things you believe they are not ready for. If you prefer your child not to see this than make sure they don't have access to internet. But you can't hide reality from them forever and when you try to contain a child/person they will eventually rebel. This is my opinion, you don't have to agree with me.

I will never forget the shock I felt when Lemonade made me realize how sad this song was. Tbh I really didn’t like this album when it initially dropped. I was like, damn sis is drowning in sexuality, which isn’t inherently a bad thing, it just always felt like a lot for me. Especially when her talent had always done all the talking; why sell sex?
