Starting at 3:36 allow me to explain the genius of Beyoncé as a vocal producer! If you really listen to the the bridge it’s supposed to feel like an orgasm or climax which is so fitting as it’s the climax of the song (a song about making love) As the bridge starts she’s singing kinda soft, slowly and cutting off each line “don’t you know that I give you... good loving.... if you.... need it” etc which can be reminiscent of slow steady strokes just building the anticipation to that orgasm. She starts to add background ad libs which if you wanna get really creative can be seen as moans or exclamations of pleasure to those strokes.
