And to remove waterproof mascara, there are many products in the Japanese drugstore range which are designed to remove Japanese mascaras (which are TOTALLY industrial strength), my favorite is Kiss Me Heroine Make Mascara Remover. It's an oil-based formula you brush on your lashes and wait 20-30 seconds and remove (I use Bioderma but a toner on some cotton or whatever you have would work) and voila! Your waterproof mascara is completely dissolved. It's AH-mazing! I've tried the Lancome and it didnt remove my mascara entirely.

massage coconut oil (extra virgin raw) and it works wonders! also promotes the health and conditioning of your lashes and under eye creases so you look better!

Micellar water. Bioderma makes a good one. MAC makeup wipes are now made with micellar water as well.

to take my makeup off... Im a guy so dont wear loads unless im doing a show! i use temple spas sensitive cleanser (be gone). It helps dissolve the make and is super good for your skin and if i have waterproof mascara i used temple spa's 'go easy' gentle eye makeup remover it perfect for me because i only use a bit of mascara but my sister and mum love it and they use loads of eye makeup. it dissolves all the makeup and treats your eyes at the same time.
