Honestly, the level of musicality and agility especially, displayed in “Resentment” alone is a level that none of your faves has never or will never reach... Even in their prime, or “primes” ☕️☕️. Just a vocal masterclass, plain and simple.
@hillmiss17365 жыл бұрын
Indeed! She is an authentic, one-of-a-kind musician and a very remarkable vocalist who possesses so much skill in dynamics manipulation, melismata separation, overall gistration, and distortion filtering. She's the *true* vocal beast who can tackle so much. The other "vocal legends" are simply *overrated* when placed beside her.

She’s always been relatively comfortable in the 5th octave. It’s just that her voice has developed and become fuller and richer up there, giving her voice more character while taking away that stamina that she used to have when she was younger

Haha thank you so much for commenting about the vocal btw I was waiting for someone to focus on the vocals instead of the length of the video. And yeah everyone kept telling me that 3:26 is a B2 or Bb2. And I just couldn't hear anything below D3 in that whole part. But yeah I was exaggerating in that part when I said baritones are retired. It's just so crazy to me that she can sing a whole song in her lower register and it won't phase her.

Wow 53:30 never caught that 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😭😭😭 Queen 🐝🐝 isn't the one from LA also Messa di voce? If you pay attention she gets louder as the mic is further but softer when the mic is near. Which is amazing in itself that she would be so creative that way that you think it's the movement of the mic but her actual voice. I know in San Diego she also did the mic movement and that did control the volume output , but not in LA. What do you think? And I wish Apeshit from Vancouver was included this. The way she sang the last chorus was by far the best of the tour. She was upset the stage stopped working. Go have a look! This is my 3rd time watching this vid btw 😫🤪👏🏾

Has her support regressed. Like she barely goes above D5 but are the notes above that supported or not?
@taytaybeynippy4866 жыл бұрын
I really don't think so. Because the Eb5s are supported and the E5/F5s are also supported. She also sung Halo and Ave Maria two days ago I'm not sure if you've seen that but she was belting constantly in the C5-Eb5 range with absolutely no problem and the belts were very clear. I think she was just testing the waters with this tour considering the fact that she has come from a very difficult pregnancy. And I honestly don't believe that someone who have lost their ability to go above their mid-belts would put a song like "Family Feud" and belt 6 to 10 D5s a night. So I think she probably decided that staying in her mid-belts would be the best for her. Not to mention she's also lowered the amount of vocally challenging songs on this setlist. So that probably limit the room she had to adlib and improvise.
@Haittavero6 жыл бұрын
@@taytaybeynippy486 Oh yeah watching this video I realized that she probably worked with a vocal coach and they decided to stay below D5 for most of the tour so she won't burn out like other singers who went hard right after giving birth.
